1. General Questions
What is MysticRealmNet?
MysticRealmNet is an Australia-based digital game top-up platform providing fast and secure recharge services for MMORPG, PvP Focus, ARPG, and Casual Competitive games. All products are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order without creating an account. However, having an account helps you track your purchase history and manage support tickets.

3. Order Delivery
How fast will I receive my top-up?

Do you require my game login information?
No. We only need the game UID, server, or region depending on the game requirements. Never share your password with anyone.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You may receive a refund if:
The service was not delivered
The incorrect product was sent
A duplicated payment occurred
Digital goods already delivered are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before they are processed. Once a top-up is delivered, cancellation is not possible.
